An insightful online Science CPD was conducted on 27th August,2025 by Mr. Gopala Reddy, a seasoned educator and training specialist with expertise in systematic instructional design, having completed advanced certifications in Direct Training Skills, training design methodologies, and e-content development from premier institutions and ZIET Mumbai and Mysore. He has conducted 110 training courses conducted across diverse teaching cadres with his significant contributions to NCERT’s learning outcomes framework for Senior Secondary Physics. The session with an engaging fun activity titled “Read the Colour,” designed to energize participants and foster interaction.
The objective of this session is to enhance teaching methodologies, strengthen conceptual clarity, and align classroom practices with the latest CBSE and NEP guidelines.
The constructive alignment of teaching and learning by using complex teaching methodologies, like Kolb’s experiential learning theory, innovative pedagogical strategies, bridging conceptual gaps, integration of practicals and simulations, assessment techniques.
Teachers learnt the role as facilitators, making the classroom more interesting and interactive, assessing the students with different activities and supporting continuous learning and growth in students. It was an insightful session for the teachers in which they actively engaged in the session.
